| Customer Reviews: Good plastic cards March 17, 2010 A. Ally This is my first set of cards from Copag and they are really nice cards for poker. I would not use them for other games but over all a great set of cards
The Best Cards Made March 9, 2010 A. Reader (Hollywood, Ca United States) They clean easy, they shuffle exceptionally (once broken in), they hold up well, the come with a case, they feel great, they dont warp. Even better then KEM. Simply the Best.
My favorite set of cards January 31, 2010 Kawakami 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are my favorite cards. I prefer Copag's to Kem... I honestly can't remember why right now, but I tried them both a while back and decided that I was a Copag man all the way.
I play mostly hold em, so the PEEK feature works well for me. I don't think that it's too small. Also, the jumbo index in the middle is, well, jumbo and easy to read in the middle of the table. It took a short while for my regular players to get used to having the peek, but after a while they got used to it and it's everyone's favorite now.
One thing people may find to be a drawback is that the colors are subdued like the cards have been heavily used. I happen to like it, but if you prefer sharp, bright colors than you probably want get their regular line of cards.
The only thing that I find to be a drawback is that the back of the cards is too simple, so any marks or damage stand out very easily. Their regular paisley-type cards hide flaws much better.
Oh and I almost forgot, the cards come in a hard plastic case with a divider in the middle and a little plastic clip like thing to ensure that the cards don't move. Throw away the clip thingy as soon as you open the package. I found out the hard way that if the clip thingy is push down to hard when you close up the case, it will dent the cards. I had to throw away my old set because everyone knew that the 2 of clubs was the card with the dent in it.
Good quality card, but December 31, 2009 N. Aghili (Washington DC) the small signs at the corner can be difficult if you play poker. i guess its better for other card plays.
